Fair Housing Annual Refresher

(1 hour of instructions, includes exam and certificate)

This course is designed for individuals who are required to complete annual fair housing education as part of their professional responsibilities or credentialing requirements. It will provide a comprehensive review of recent fair housing court cases and offer insights into potential changes to fair housing laws and regulations. Participants will also explore emerging fair housing trends and learn proactive strategies to stay compliant and prepared.

Course Date: December 11, 2024

Course Time: 11 am - 12 pm ET

Location: Virtual via Zoom. Please make sure your device has software loaded prior to the start time of the course.

Exam:

There is an exam at the conclusion of this webinar. Attendees will receive a link to the exam within 24 hours after conclusion of the webinar. Attendees will have 14 calendar days to complete the exam and submit their answers for scoring.

Exams will be scored within 72 business hours after submitting answers (holidays and weekends are excluded). A passing score of 70% is required to demonstrate mastery of the topics covered. If a student fails to pass the exam, or does not complete the exam prior to the expiration of the 14 day time period, they will receive a certificate of attendance only. There is no additional cost to take the exam to show mastery and get a Practitioners Certificate of Mastery.

Registrants who opt not to take the exam will be issued a Certificate of Attendance reflecting hours of instruction attended.

RAM, CLP, SLE, CDEI brings 45+ years of successful experience in all aspects and at all levels of investment real estate acquisition, management and leasing, with a focus on Multifamily to you and your team. With over 35 years of experience in professional speaking and training, he has spent the last 18 years focusing on the development and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous training and transforming training and development from an event to an ongoing process.

Cancellations/Substitutions: A $20 admin fee will apply to all cancellation refunds processed. Substitutions are available at no charge during the active registration process.
