now open for the AHCA Joint Training for Assisted Living Facilities.

whichever comes first). Registrations made after September 1, 2022, will
be assessed an additional $50 fee.
The AHCA 2022 Joint Training for Assisted Living Facilities offers interpretations of regulatory compliance by leaders from the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Clinical and legal professionals will also highlight best practice guidelines and professional guidance. Featured speakers include representatives from the AHCA Division of Health Quality Assurance, regulatory experts and representatives from the Florida Department of Health and Florida Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with state surveyors from local field offices and learn the latest regulatory requirements directly from AHCA, with the opportunity to ask questions on the spot.

ONSITE INFORMATION: Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and the program runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ( lunch and breaks included ).

POLICIES: Pre-registration closes Wednesday, September 1 (or when the event is full, whichever comes first). All registrations after that date must be made onsite for an additional $50 fee.
*Registrations without payment will not be processed. Registrations cannot be taken by phone.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation and refund requests for registrations must be submitted in writing to eventsupport@fhca.org
by September 1, 2022 to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a
$50 cancellation fee. Requests received after September 1 will not be
accepted unless cancellation is due to survey at your facility or
emergency due to COVID-19. Cancellations due to a facility survey or
emergency due to COVID-19 will still need to be submitted in writing to eventsupport@fhca.org
as soon as possible and Event Organizers will refund your registration
with exception of a $50 administrative fee. Please allow up to six (6)
weeks, from the date of request, for all refunds to be issued. If you have any special dietary requests, please email eventsupport@fhca.org by September 1. We will do our best to accommodate. LOCATION :
