Webinar

June’s Elder Conversation brings together resident and leadership perspectives from Wesley Gardens for an interactive conversation where residents and community leaders share real experiences, personal stories, and practical insights on creating environments where older adults actively shape community life and culture.

Designed as a peer learning opportunity, this session highlights practical strategies for engaging residents as active partners in community development and creating environments that better reflect what matters most to those who live there. Grounded in the principles of the Artifacts of Culture Change, this session will highlight approaches that foster resident voice, broad community involvement, purposeful living, and authentic partnership between residents and staff. Whether your organization is early in its culture change journey or building on existing efforts, this conversation will offer inspiration, practical ideas, and honest perspectives from those living the experience every day.

This webinar is hosted by Florida Pioneer Network in conjunction with the Alabama Culture Change Coalition, L.E.A.D.E.R., and LeadingAge Southeast.
