Florida Association of Homes for the Aging Health & Services Corporation (FAHA H&S Corp) is a subsidiary of LeadingAge Southeast that is responsible for contract negotiations, health system relationships, and education resources for all of its member nursing homes.

Through the only association-based service of its kind, FAHA H&S and LeadingAge Southeast provide the leadership and expertise providers need to navigate the managed care landscape, including network development, contract negotiations, health system relationships, billing and administrative assistance, credentialing, and management of quality data, among other services. With over two decades of experience in managed care, Executive Director Dana McHugh provides LeadingAge Southeast members with the expertise and insight that are necessary to maximize rates, resolve operational issues, and thrive in the managed care marketplace.

The mission of FAHA H&S is to facilitate managed care initiatives and enable LeadingAge Southeast members to participate in managed care networks. FAHA H&S also provides members with:

FAHA H&S is governed by a Board of Directors elected by its members.
