At LeadingAge Southeast, we believe in creating a better future for aging. We're a nonprofit association serving communities across Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Since 1963, we've been dedicated to inspiring and serving our members as they lead the way in envisioning and supporting successful aging.

Our community includes more than 350 mission-driven organizations, representing over 600 facilities and 140 business partners. Together, we serve more than 80,000 older adults and employ about 25,000 people across the Southeast. Our members range from continuing care retirement communities and assisted living providers to nursing homes, home health agencies, and affordable housing organizations.

We support our members with:
