Florida Health Information Exchange (HIE): Enrollment, Participation, and What It Means for You TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026 10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. ET/9:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. CT Webinar Florida’s regulatory landscape for skilled nursing providers is shifting. This webinar delivers a timely update on how to prepare your community for mandatory enrollment in the Florida Health Information Exchange (HIE), a major step toward stronger care coordination, faster data exchange, and statewide interoperability. We will review what participation means, outline current enrollment requirements and the significant transition from Audacious Inquiry/PointClickCare to CRISP Shared Services expected to go live July 1, 2026. A key focus will be compliance readiness. The session will clarify the essential documents required to get started, including the Participation Agreement, Notices of Privacy Practices (NPP) acknowledgment, and Substance Abuse Disorder attestation. Revised NPPs must be in place before July 1 for new admissions, and currently admitted residents must receive notification that their data will be shared with the HIE. Designed for SNF administrators and compliance professionals, this session provides a straightforward roadmap through each phase of the transition. Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of timelines, documentation, and onboarding expectations to avoid last-minute compliance risks as Florida’s HIE goes live.
