Webinar

In a professional landscape where organizations shift rapidly and career paths are rarely linear, knowing how to steer your own trajectory is essential to achieving success. In this dynamic session, executive coach Dr. Nancy King distills insights from her extensive research, including interviews with more than 65 professionals who faced unexpected terminations, to reveal five practical strategies for realizing your career goals.

As many workplaces undergo transformation, Dr. King will highlight the risks and opportunities that emerge during periods of transition, helping participants navigate uncertainty with greater awareness. Attendees will explore the power of emotional intelligence and learn how to cultivate executive presence. Dr. King will also illuminate the subtle warning signs that may signal it’s time to consider an exit strategy.

To bring these concepts to life, Dr. King will guide the audience through several of her signature coaching exercises, offering a hands-on opportunity to clarify personal and professional objectives.

This session is ideal for anyone seeking to take ownership of their career, anticipate change, and move forward with purpose. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, deeper self-understanding, and renewed momentum for the next chapter of their professional journey.
