This session introduces the fundamentals of QAPI across care settings, with a focus on harnessing the basics to make meetings purposeful, drive actionable plans, and achieve measurable improvements in care. Practical strategies will be shared to help teams move beyond compliance and toward meaningful outcomes that enhance resident experiences.
