Compliance Check-Up 2026 Fair Housing Regulatory Review THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2026 2:00 - 3:00 pm ET / 1:00 - 2:00 pm CT Webinar (includes exam and CE's) The annual compliance check-up is a smart reset for professionals in occupancy, real estate, compliance, resident services, and property operations. This session provides a focused update on fair housing trends heading into 2027, including key federal guidance, state developments, and recent enforcement activity impacting housing providers. The training highlights high-risk operational areas such as assistance animal requests, screening practices, reasonable accommodations, marketing language, and resident interactions. Participants will explore real-world scenarios, common pitfalls, and practical strategies to improve consistency, strengthen documentation, and reduce liability. Whether maintaining a credential or staying ahead of risk, this refresher delivers timely updates and actionable guidance to support confident, compliant decision-making. This course fulfills the annual refresher requirement for Fair Housing Specialist certification. Exam: There
is an optional exam at the conclusion of this webinar. Attendees will receive a
link to the exam within 24 hours after conclusion of the webinar.

their answers for scoring. Exams

(holidays and weekends are excluded). A passing score of 70% is required
to demonstrate mastery of the topics covered. If a student fails to
pass the exam, or does not complete the exam prior to the expiration of
the 7 day time period, they will receive a certificate of attendance
only. There is no additional cost to take the exam to show mastery and
