LeadingAge Florida is implementing a number of enhanced measures to ensure our 58th Annual Convention is as safe as possible. Some of our enhanced safety measures include:

• On-site COVID Safety team: A COVID Safety team led by LeadingAge Florida Clinical and Compliance Expert Connie Cheren includes nursing staff from member communities and will be on-site to answer your questions and ensure the safety of our members and guests
  
  
• Daily screening and temperature checks: Through our partnership with Accushield we'll conduct daily health screenings and temperature checks of all attendees and guests
  
  
• Masks: All attendees will be required to wear masks while indoors. Thanks to a generous donation from Direct Supply, LeadingAge Florida will provide KN95 masks to each attendee at our convention registration desk upon check-in
  
  
• Testing: Rapid COVID-19 testing will be available on-site
  
  
• Sanitization: Additional cleanliness and safety measures are being taken that include touch-free options throughout the hotel, more frequent sanitization with hospital-grade disinfectants, the use of electrostatic sprayers, and hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes donated by 4M Building Solutions
  
  
• Social Distancing: Breakout and General Session room sizes are being planned to accommodate appropriate social distancing
