Exposition offers attendees the opportunity to connect with senior
living suppliers who provide the cutting-edge technologies, products and

residents. The Annual Convention & Expo brings together 1,000+ of our members
and leaders in senior living for three days of education, networking,
and exhibition. Attendees include C-suite executives from the top 10

Each booth space comes with two (2) Expo Hall badges for your booth representatives. Expo Hall badges grant access to the Exposition, including events and meals that are scheduled in the Expo Hall. A limited number of upgrades are available to exhibiting businesses on a first-come, first-served basis. Both one-day and full convention badge upgrades provide access to all areas of the Convention & Exposition, including keynote speakers, breakout sessions, meals, and events! Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Exposition? There are five (5) hours over two days dedicated solely to the
exhibition hall for convention participants to interact with exhibitors.
This includes a Welcome Reception and lunch session.
What is included with my booth reservation? Exhibit fees
include a reserved booth space with two chairs, a
table, a trash receptacle, and identification sign, as well as
convention session access and Tuesday lunch for up to two (2) booth representatives.
Additional expo-only registrations, Fun Night access, meals, and add-ons are available. Booth kits do NOT include backing (pipe & drape) or low dividers unless indicated on the map.
How do I select my booth location? Booth reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The map of available booths is updated daily.
Please indicate your top three booth preferences during reservation; your final assignment will be confirmed via email when the application is processed - typically within one business day.
Can I pay with a check?
Payment may be made in full at the time of reservation by credit card.
If you must submit payment via corporate check, please call (850)
702-0307 to confirm your booth selection PRIOR to completing the online
form. An invoice will be provided and payment must be received within 30
days.
Will I receive a list of attendees? Exhibitors
receive three (3) complimentary convention registrant lists (not
including emails, two (2) pre-convention and one (1) post-convention)
and company listing on the Annual Convention website and mobile app, and
in the printed program guide. Lead retrieval is available separately as
an add-on.
