Securing grant funding can be the lifeline that turns a great idea into a thriving project—but navigating the process is often overwhelming. This session provides a clear, step-by-step roadmap to understanding and mastering the fundamentals of grant writing. Participants will explore what funders are looking for, how to align proposals with organizational goals, and the essentials of crafting compelling narratives, budgets, and evaluation plans. Whether you are new to grants or looking to refresh your approach, speakers will provide you with the skills and confidence to compete for funding and sustain impactful projects.

This webinar is applicable to all provider types, equipping any professional with the tools needed to find opportunities, draft required application components, and submit solid grant proposals!

Learning Objectives
1.    Learn the key components of the grant cycle (pre-award, award, and post-award) and understand their importance in successful grant management.
2.    Identify funding sources including government, foundation, and corporate opportunities, and align them with organizational goals.
3.    Structure a compelling grant proposal by constructing clear statements of need, project descriptions, and realistic budgets.
4.    Apply effective strategies for avoiding common grant writing mistakes and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
5.    Evaluate grant project outcomes by designing practical reporting and accountability measures that strengthen future applications.
