NSPIRE Inspections Demystified What Inspectors Expect and How to Be Ready WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2026 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. ET/11 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST Webinar HUD’s NSPIRE inspections have raised the bar on property oversight, resident safety, and documentation expectations. This practical, no-nonsense webinar walks maintenance, and maintenance-related personnel on HUD Multifamily properties through what inspectors are really looking for before, during, and after the day of an NSPIRE inspection. Participants will gain a clear understanding of inspection roles, preparation strategies, and the NSPIRE standards that most commonly result in deficiencies. compliance outcomes, resident safety, and property performance. This
