Webinar

In 2025, the Florida legislature passed several new requirements aimed at increasing the quality of care in nursing homes through Senate Bill 2514. The Agency for Health Care Administration was tasked with adopting rules to implement those requirements. With rulemaking nearly complete, now is the time to take action to begin implementing the new requirements. This session will help administrators prepare for expanded transparency and data requirements that directly impact public reporting, financial accountability, and quality measurement.

The session will cover:

  • Patient Safety Culture Surveys
  • Consumer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Medical Director Certification
  • Florida Health Information Exchange (HIE)
  • Medicaid Quality Incentive Program Updates and Implications

Join us for specific guidance on building compliance into daily operations, including who must conduct required surveys, deadlines for medical director certification, how to transmit your electronic health records with Florida’s Health Information Exchange, and upcoming Quality Improvement Program changes.
