This session addresses recent physical plant citations of Life Safety Code (LSC) surveys across Florida and how to avoid negative survey outcomes. Attendees will learn the appropriate protocols and substantive requirements in the statute and regulations to determine whether a citation of non-compliance is appropriate.

LeadingAge Florida is providing up to five (5) contact hours of credit for nursing home administrators, nurses and clinical social workers licensed in Florida.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
There is a $50 administrative fee for each cancellation or refund. All cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions will be accepted at no additional fee. Due to costs incurred related to the workshop, no refunds will be issued after February 16, 2016. Scholarships Available
The Scott Boord Career Development Scholarship Program gives members an opportunity to attend Aging Services programs and education events for those that otherwise would be unable to participate because of financial limitations.
