Preparing for Medicaid and Medicare PPS Reimbursement Changes Workshop

 This workshop will address the proposed upcoming changes in Medicaid reimbursement from a cost-based reimbursement model to a prospective payment system and how understanding the quality measures can positively impact the per patient day reimbursement. The proposed Medicare reimbursement methodology revisions under RCS-1, which removes therapy minutes as the basis for payment, will also be reviewed.

 Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions:
 There is a $50 administrative fee for each cancellation or refund. All cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions will be accepted at no additional fee. Due to costs incurred related to the workshop, no refunds will be issued after October 10, 2017.  The Scott Boord Career Development Scholarship Program gives members an opportunity to attend Aging Services programs and education events for those that otherwise would be unable to participate because of financial limitations.
