For more than 35 years, Connie Cheren, RN, MSW, has been a nationally recognized expert in long-term care clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. That expertise is available to LeadingAge Southeast members at any time for assistance to help with regulatory and clinical issues. And it couldn't be more important. Connie has helped members succeed in a survey environment that has become more challenging. Connie helps our members with IDRs, preparing adverse incident reports, writing plan of correction and answering regulatory questions. She has successfully helped members dispute inappropriate survey tags. Connie is available to our members any time they need help or have regulatory questions. LeadingAge Southeast's policy team also has considerable policy and regulatory expertise and depth in continuing care retirement community, nursing home and assisted living policy and regulation.

 

Quality Metrics and Five Star Analysis Report

LeadingAge Quality Metrics, a member-exclusive tool of LeadingAge, is a website with interactive data tools to assist non-profit aging services organizations in analyzing how they measure up to their peers, demonstrate value, and improve performance. As a LeadingAge Southeast member, we also provide you with a quarterly Five Star Analysis Report as a member benefit.
