Redefining Winning in Business Relationships Webinar (formerly “Negotiating Agreements for Highly Collaborative Relationships”) – The 21st century demands businesses innovate, create value, and get sustainable results. Author and presenter Kate Vitasek shares the real stories and real results of how organizations are using a “Vested” approach to achieve award winning results by redefining how they “win” in their business relationships. Joining Kate as a key contributor to this discussion is Steve Moran, founder of Senior Housing Forum, a B2B website for the senior living industry. The duo is committed to engaging the audience through an interactive learning approach about “Vested.” Whether it is a relationship with suppliers, employees, or a foreign government – Vitasek shows how the ”Vested” concept has helped organizations develop award winning and sustainable results. This webinar session is a dynamic follow up to Kate’s recent LeadingAge National Conference presentation and “Strategic Partnering” discussion addressing key insights as a result of participant feedback.
