LeadingAge Southeast's 62nd Annual Convention & Exposition is the premier event for senior living professionals in the southeast region. Our convention attendees are experienced, knowledgeable and they expect expertly delivered and cutting-edge educational offerings. Our convention program success depends largely on the quality of our speakers and panelists. We appreciate the time and commitment you have dedicated to prepare and deliver your presentation at our 62nd Annual Convention & Exposition.
Per your speaker/panelist agreement, speakers must upload one (1) final PowerPoint presentation and corresponding handouts to their session folder in the LeadingAge Southeast Speaker Portal
on-or-before Friday, June 6, 2025.
Convention-Branded Slides: We require all speaker presentations to utilize only the approved LeadingAge Southeast Convention-branded Slide Deck.
Our slide deck provides compelling graphics, easy-to-read fonts, sizes and
color selections that align with our Convention branding. There are multiple slide layouts to help you quickly and easily develop attractive and captivating visual presentations for your selected session.
Best Practices & Standards Guide:
To ensure presentation consistency, organization
and brand recognition, we have provided our Slide Standards & Best Practices Guide outlining our required font standards, layout standards
, font sizes and colors to include in your Convention Presentation submission.
Presentation & Handout Upload: When
you are ready to upload your final PowerPoint presentation and handouts, use the link emailed to you to access the designated folder for your session. Final materials must be uploaded on-or-before Friday, June 6, 2025.
Speaker Information Upload:
To upload your professional biography and headshot, use the link emailed to you to access the designated folder for your session.
All presenter information must be uploaded on-or-before Monday, March 31, 2025.
Any speaker's information not uploaded by the deadline will not be included in the Convention Mobile App or other session detail information.
Important Reminder: All presentations must meet a minimum time requirement
of 50-minutes to qualify for CE credit.
