Webinar

This webinar puts resident voice at the center of program design and culture change. Through a dynamic virtual conversation between community leaders and residents, senior living providers will gain firsthand insight into what residents define as a meaningful life and how person-directed initiatives can deliver both dignity and measurable outcomes.

Join as we discuss Solaris' initiatives with a community resident, exploring what matters most to them and their lived experience participating in a restorative, resident-driven fall prevention approach. Explore how the community implemented the program, including the policies, practices, cultural shifts, and environmental changes required to support personalization while reducing fall risk and decreasing the number of falls. Community leadership will share outcomes and lessons learned to help you apply these approaches in your own settings.

This webinar is hosted by Florida Pioneer Network in conjunction with the Alabama Culture Change Coalition, L.E.A.D.E.R., and LeadingAge Southeast.
