As an ICF-credentialed coach and seasoned Learning and Development leader, Risa Seelenfreund partners with organizations to transform talented professionals into impactful, empathetic and confident leaders. With over twenty years of coaching and leadership development experience, she has guided hundreds of executives and emerging leaders to achieve outstanding results.

At Nielsen Media (Claritas), she pioneered a development program and built a learning strategy that launched her career in leadership development. At Wolters Kluwer, she advanced through multiple strategic roles, where she coached leaders and high-potential employees while managing organizational development initiatives. At Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, she elevated the organization's leadership bench strength through targeted coaching of high-potential talent and senior leaders. She transformed the company's approach to leader development through innovative coaching and onboarding programs.

Risa holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and a Master Coach certification from the Center for Coaching Certification. She also holds certifications in Korn/Ferry (Lominger) tools and MBTI. She holds an M.A. in Education (Learning and Development) from NYU's Steinhardt School of Education and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University's John M. Olin School of Business. Risa is a published author, writing Sacred Summer: A Mom’s Guide to Resilience, Discovery and Family Fun in 2021.
