Southeast's 63rd Annual Convention & Exposition is the premier
event for senior living professionals in the southeast region. Our
convention program success depends largely on the quality of our
speakers and panelists. We appreciate the time and commitment you have
dedicated to prepare a session proposal for our event.
We convene hundreds of CEOs, administrators, executive team members and their staff
from across the continuum of aging services
for this unparalleled opportunity to learn, network and grow. Our
convention attendees are experienced, knowledgeable and they expect
expertly delivered and cutting-edge educational offerings.
Key staff of all types of aging services providers will attend, including skilled nursing facilities, affordable senior housing, continuing care/life plan retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and more. Education sessions are intended predominately for knowledgeable executives, directors, Administrators, nurses, affordable housing owner and agent staff, and Service Coordinators.
The annual Call for Proposals is closed. The next public submission period will open in September, 2027.
Those submitting a proposal outside of the public response period may enter your pass code to access the form below. To request an extension and receive a pass code, please email the Director of Professional Development, Kiki, at KLitchford@LeadingAgeSoutheast.org.
Convention-Branded Slides: We require all speaker presentations to utilize only the approved LeadingAge Southeast Convention-branded Slide Deck.
Our slide deck provides compelling graphics, easy-to-read fonts, sizes and
color selections that align with our Convention branding. There are multiple slide layouts to help you quickly and easily develop attractive and captivating visual presentations for your selected session.
Best Practices & Standards Guide:
To ensure presentation consistency, organization
and brand recognition, we provide our Slide Standards & Best Practices Guide outlining required font standards, layout standards
, font sizes and colors to include in your Convention Presentation.
Important Reminder: All presentations must meet a minimum time requirement of 50-minutes to qualify for CE credit.
